What matters for project planning
Two of these items reach roofing and two do not. Historic status is the first: on a designated property the roof is a visible element, and review can extend to material, profile and color rather than only to permitting -- which is worth confirming before anything is ordered, since it can rule out a product outright. Tree impacts are the second and they are easy to overlook: canopy is regulated here, so removing or heavily pruning a protected tree for roof access is not automatically permissible. Karst geology and springshed protection concern the ground and have no bearing on the covering.

Verify the property, not just the city
Citywide context cannot establish a parcel’s flood zone, historic designation, stream buffer, permit requirements, soil conditions, or concealed construction. Confirm those items with the appropriate authority and selected provider before work begins.
